7) Age & Identity Verification; Adult Signature
To comply with alcohol laws and prevent fraud:
We may require date of birth, government-issued ID, selfie/liveness checks, or other verification;
Carriers may require adult signature at delivery;
Delivery will be refused if the recipient is underage, intoxicated, or cannot provide valid ID.
Failed delivery due to age/ID issues may incur reship or restocking fees.
8) Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Licensed Fulfillment: Orders may be fulfilled by us or by licensed retail/distribution partners.
Restrictions: We only ship where legal and may restrict certain products by state/zip.
Title & Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you when a carrier accepts the shipment on your behalf or upon delivery as permitted by law.
Inspection: Inspect packages on delivery. Report damage or shortages to support@bestcheapbourbon.com
within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Weather holds, carrier delays, and compliance checks may affect timing.
9) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Alcohol return laws vary by jurisdiction. Generally:
Unopened/Undamaged: Returns may be limited or unavailable due to alcohol regulations.
Damaged/Defective: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll assist with replacement or refund where allowed.
Wrong Item: If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll correct it or refund you.
Taste Preference: Taste is subjective and not a defect. We cannot refund based on preference.

10) Promotions, Gift Cards & Subscriptions
Promotions/Coupons: Subject to separate terms; cannot be combined unless stated; non-transferable; no cash value.
Gift Cards: Redeemable only at BestCheapBourbon.com; not reloadable or refundable except as required by law; treat as cash.
Subscriptions/Preorders: Billed per disclosed schedule; you can cancel recurring deliveries via your account before the next billing date.
11) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate laws or facilitate unlawful alcohol purchases;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features;
Use bots, scrapers, or data mining tools without consent;
Post illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene content;
Misrepresent identity or age;
Resell products where prohibited.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky (USA), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.
